Tiny Tots Pony Party
15 minute Petting, upto 30 minutes riding, Rosette for each rider & Use of the Party Room if you would like to bring Food.

IF YOU REQUIRE A KNIFE TO CUT BIRTHDAY CAKE OR A LIGHTER TO LIGHT CANDLES PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN AS FOR HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS THIS IS SOMETHING WE CAN NOT HAND OUT
Please
- Wear a shoe/boot with a slight heel. NO trainers, sandals or open toed footwear.
- Wear Trouser/leggings/ not too baggy jogging bottoms. NO skirts, shorts or 3/4 length leggings.
- Parents/Assisting Adult – Suitable footwear NO sandals or open toed shoes
- Rider – Standard Riding Hat we do hire these at £2.00 which is included in the price
- Parent/Assisting Adult – We will require Adult Leaders to lead the ponies on the ride. A safety Demonstration is provided for leaders who have not handled a pony before via video sent to birthday girl/boy parent. When assisting you should wear a Standard Riding Hat – we do not charge hat hire for assisting adults, Please ask a member of staff for a hat.
- HOT DRINKS MACHINE & SNACK MACHINE IS SITUATED IN THE OFFICE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE

PROCEDURE/PROTOCOL
NO TRAINERS, SANDALS, FLIP FLOPS OR OPEN TOE SHOES FOR RIDER or ANYONE ATTENDING THE YARD (A SHOE OR BOOT WITH A SLIGHT HEEL FOR RIDER) You may be required to assist your rider, correct footwear to to be worn when attending the riding school.

PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY Please Enter the yard via the double gates, the office is on the right hand side, PLEASE wait there for a member of staff, they will be with you as soon as they can
(please make sure you arrive 10 minutes prior no earlier)
PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE GALLERY WHILST LESSONS ARE IN PROGRESS.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO TO THE STABLES AND STROKE THE ANIMALS UNLESS THERE IS A MEMBER OF STAFF WITH YOU.
