How To Book

* We have an online booking system where when you register and add riders to your account.
Upon registering you will be able to book a private (assessment) lesson, and will only see Level 1 Group lessons but will not be able to see any other group lesson levels until graded, 
* If you/your rider is a beginner they can book in to level 1 groups as ungraded 
* Ride outs usually require an assessment lesson prior.
* Parent & Toddler Sessions are also able to book with out being graded.
* When booking if you need to hire a hat you need to add this on to your booking.
*We are open Monday Mornings, then Tuesdays to Sundays and have privates, groups, shows and lots of different activities and events.
*We do Parties, Ride outs and more,  Competition league, activity days, shows, extra activities.
LETS GET STARTED 

1. You register on the booking system

(if you/your rider requires a leader please email on enquiries@bankfarmridingschool.co.uk
so that we can send you our safety video.
2. Add Rider(s)
3. Download the app Ecpro (this will make future bookings easier. 
4. (Once you have registered if you do not have facebook then please sent  text to 07990808212, so that we can keep you up todate with our activites and updates, if you do have facebook please add your self to the update groups if apart of our competition league then that group too details below 
1- Bank Farm Riding School Updates and Reminders
Everybody should add themselves to this one, as it will include booking reminders, newsletters, general updates about things like road closures, winter weather, chickens in the car park, etc!
2 – Bank Farm Riding School Competition League
This will include information about the competition league, dates, times, ponies, classes, points updates, presentation evening etc. You will still book your actual league classes on EC Pro. If you ride in the league please add yourselves to this group.
Although this may look like a lot, we feel this is the best approach for everybody to get the information they need, but not get bombarded with information that is not relevant to them. You can of course manage your own notifications for any of the groups.
We have used Facebook groups successfully in the past, and know that it is a platform that most people are already familiar with. If you do not have access to Facebook, please let me know and we will find another solution that works for you.
PARENTS MAYBE REQUIRED TO ASSIST THEIR RIDERS LEADING PLEASE WATCH THE LEADING PART OF THE VIDEO, (IF WE DON’T HAVE ENOUGH VOLUNTEERS PARENTS WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO ASSIST)

What to wear?

You are required to wear riding hats that comply with British Standards. Comfortable fitting trousers and boots or shoes with a small heel should be worn. Shoes with a chunky grip on the sole are best avoided. Get in touch with us now to find out more.

48 hours notice- you will be charged - The only exception being COVID (proof of positive test) but may result in being charged 1/2 price & upon a bereavement.
